Rooted in our Catholic identity and commitment to educational excellence, our Specialized Learning Program reflects our belief that every student can learn, grow, and thrive with the right support and encouragement.

 

Our program supports students with diverse learning profiles, including neurodivergent learners and students who benefit from individualized educational approaches. Through collaboration among specialized educators, classroom teachers, school counselors, administrators, and families, we strive to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment where students feel valued, supported, and empowered.

 

Our approach focuses on:

• Individualized Learning Support: Recognizing each student's strengths, needs, and learning profile to provide appropriate instructional strategies, accommodations, and interventions.

Our Organizational Structure

 

The Specialized Learning Program serves students across Lincoln International Academy's four academic divisions: Preschool, Elementary School, Middle School, and High School.

To ensure continuity of services and individualized attention, the program currently operates through a divisional supervision and coordination structure. Each division works collaboratively with its designated personnel and school leadership to support students, coordinate interventions, and maintain communication with families.

 

This structure reinforces our commitment to maintaining consistent educational support while continuing to evaluate and strengthen the program.
