Welcome to Elementary

Dear Elementary School Parents and Students,
Welcome to another exciting year!
As I begin my eleventh year serving as Elementary Principal, I continue to feel grateful for the opportunity to work alongside our students, families, and dedicated faculty. Every year brings new challenges, new opportunities, and countless moments that remind me why I chose education as my life's work.
I firmly believe that every child has unique strengths, talents, and abilities waiting to be discovered. My role as principal is not only to support the academic growth of our students, but also to help create an environment where they feel valued, respected, challenged, and inspired to become the very best version of themselves.
One of the beliefs that has guided me throughout my career comes from Lady Bird Johnson, who said, "Children are likely to live up to what you believe of them." I have always believed that when we set high expectations, provide meaningful support, and genuinely believe in our students, they are capable of achieving extraordinary things.
I am also passionate about educating the whole child. While academic excellence remains a priority, I believe that character, kindness, empathy, integrity, resilience, and faith are equally important. As Aristotle wisely stated, "Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all." This philosophy continues to guide the work I do each day.
As a Catholic school, I believe that education is also a journey of faith. Beyond the classroom, I hope our students develop a personal relationship with God, learn to serve others with compassion, and recognize the values of respect, gratitude, and integrity in their daily lives. Through prayer, celebrations of the Eucharist, service opportunities, and our shared faith experiences, we strive to nurture not only knowledgeable students but caring individuals who seek to make a positive difference in the world.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of watching our students grow not only as learners, but as leaders, problem-solvers, artists, athletes, innovators, and compassionate members of our community. I am committed to ensuring that every child who walks through our doors feels known, supported, and empowered to succeed.
I value the partnership between home and school and firmly believe that together we can provide the best educational experience for our children. Thank you for the trust you place in us. I look forward to working with you as we continue creating meaningful learning experiences, strengthening our faith, and building lasting memories for our students.
I am excited for all that this school year will bring and look forward to sharing this journey of learning, growth, and faith with you.
Greetings and Blessings,
